Please check this FAQ before contacting the QuidsInUK support or admins with your questions. You would be VERY suprised at how often we are asked the same questions. We've put together the most frequently asked questions and their answers all in one place to help our members and users get the most out of QuidsInUK and QuidCompare. This FAQ is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (and, funnily enough, 365 days a year) whereas support via email is only available during normal working hours. by using the FAQ, you are not only freeing up the QuidsInUK admins time, but you may well find your answer much more quickly, allowing you to go about your daily cashbacking life much sooner than if you were waiting for a reply from admin. It could take up to 48 hours to receive a reply through the support system. If you have a problem on a friday evening, it's unlikely you'd get a reply from support before the following Monday morning. We have tried to cover all bases here, and will continue to update this FAQ whenever new questions or queries arise.
