QuidsInUK is the sole owner of the information collected from our website. We do not, or will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in our privacy statement below.

Collection of Sensitive Data
Some information provided by you has been classed by Quids-In-UK as 'Sensitive data'. This includes (but is not limited to) your Bank Details. If information is required that has been classed as sensitive data, we use the Quidsecure encryption method to protect this data.
The Quidsecure encryption method was devised by ourselves to ensure that in the extremely unlikely event of a database infarction, your details will remain a secret.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the visitor's hard drive containing information about the visitor. Advertisers connected to QuidsInUK at times require cookies to track statistics about products and locations, but at no time are these linked to any personal identification. At this time, QuidsInUK uses cookies only for login convenience. However, as you click through to a shop website via a link on QuidsInUK or QuidCompare, your QuidsInUK member name will be Automatically passed to the target website so they can track your purchases and inform us of any Cashback you are owed.

Log Files
QuidsInUK keeps log files on broad fields to analyze trends, track user movements, and gather data for demographic locations. This is not attached in anyway to visitor's personal identification. However, all visitors to QuidsInUK and QuidCompare have their IP Addresses logged as a way of securing QuidsInUK against Hackers. We are sure every visitor to QuidsInUK understands the importance of this.

Sharing
This is our Promise to You: QuidsInUK will Never share a Members information with advertisers, merchants, affiliates or any other third party APART from your MEMBER NAME. The target websites members visit via links on QuidsInUK and QuidCompare see this information as a tracking ID and not a member name.
The ONLY exception to this rule is if there should be any suspicion of Fraud raised by an advertiser. In which case, only information pertaining to a users Geographical location would be passed on, and only with that member's express permission.

Contests
At any particular time, QuidsInUK will conduct contests for our members. Member participation for these contests is voluntary, and in no way requires the member to give out personal information when choosing not to enter in the contest. Collected information may include contact information and demographic information, such as name, e-mail, address,etc. This information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes.

Newsletter
After registering for a Membership, you are given the choice of unsubscribing to our Newsletter. You can either elect to subscribe or unsubscribe at any time in Your Account Info. No information stored on our database will be shared or sold to any third party whatsoever.

Sending a Referal to a Friend
When a visitor chooses to send a Referal to QuidsInUK to a friend, the names and e-mail addresses are logged for security purposes ONLY. This is to ensure our members cannot repeatedly SPAM people in an attempt to get them to sign up to QuidsInUK. The Referal email will contain the Refering Member's Real Name, Member Name (as a referal ID) and E-mail address. QuidsInUK will send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit our site. QuidsInUK will never send another e-mail to the friend for any purpose.

Changes of our Policy
If and when our policy statement changes, visitors with Memberships in our databases will be notified of the changes, and provided a link to this page to view the changes. If a Member decides that our policy does not benefit them, they can use the opt-out option at anytime.
