| Dealtime UK - Important Changes To Statements!! |

 Some of you may have been thinking, "Where are my Dealtime transactions?"
Well, we have realized that there have been issues with dealtime tracking, I even contacted the affiliate program manager about it today.
However, while looking over the dealtime reports today, we noticed that there was something amiss.
When we updated the statements on Monday, only 2 transactions had been recorded for the 13th November, but now when we look at it today there are 53!!!
It would seem that Dealtime are a little behind in their reports.
So from now on Dealtime will be added to your statements on a weekly basis.
We will add the transactions for a Thursday to a Wednesday in arrears, and they will be added during the statement update on a Monday, that way we will be sure we have got them all.
For example:
Dealtime transactions for Thursday 2nd November - Wednesday 8th November would be added to your statements on Monday 13th November.
This gives Dealtime 5 days in which to get there figures straight.
Changes will be made to your statements today, with regard to Dealtime.
All transactions after Wednesday 8th November will be removed and all transactions between Thursday 2nd November and Wednesday 8th November will be updated to reflect the figures we currently have in our affiliate account.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but on the flip side there are transactions waiting to be added to your accounts that may have been overlooked had we not decided to implement this change.
One thing you should note about this change, when your statements are updated on a Monday to include the dealtime transactions, there is a very good chance that they will not appear in your 'last update' section, as this part of your statement goes by the dates the transactions were made and not the date they were added to your statement.
On a slightly related note, the VansUnited transactions will also be added to your statements on a weekly basis, possibly on a Monday with the dealtime ones. We will have more information on that as we get it.
We hope you all appreciate that this is something that is beyond our control, and we are working around this as best we can and in the best interests of our members.
